So...what is normal?

Ahhh, yes...the question of the day!  You may be thinking in a different direction than what I'm about to tell you.  No, I'm not going to philosophize the meaning of "normal" tonight (because there is no normal, right?).  NORMAL is ONE HUNDRED ELEVEN CPK number for me today...WOOHOO!!!!!!!  Yep, read it and weep:111!!!!! Can we say blown away in complete gratefulness?!?!?!  Just a friendly reminder that this number has fluctuated for two years...anywhere from around 1000- 8500!  I've had the best day.  I seriously can't wipe. the. smile. off. my. face! I've cried, called and texted my good  incredible news!  To God be the glory great things HE has done!  Wowsers.  Did I just tell you my CPK was normal?  It's not even at the high end of normal...it's mid-range normal.  I was tickled at the 500 last month, but this is way better!  My doctor told me it's time to begin tapering those steroids (you know...that evil medicine I canNOT stand!!) even quicker now.  Oh, how thankful I am for that!

Sorry I don't have any photos to share this post, but I just might next time...spring is in the air, and I'm ready to pull out the camera and start clicking away.  I've missed taking "real pics" (because I've not been able to even hold the camera!). Now I can...oh, because my CPK is ONE HUNDRED ELEVEN!!!  Let me tell you what else I can do.  I CAN get out of the bath without David's help.  I CAN drive myself to the doctor.  I CAN pick up my kids from school.  I CAN my PT exercises in the pool- with some light weights.  I CAN see improvement in my rash.  I CAN  dry and flat iron my hair without looking like a monkey.  I CAN do all things through Christ who gives me strength!!!!
Ok, so I had to post a couple of pictures...something that makes me happy!
These people on the motorbike make me happy happy happy!
